Hickory Storm is a medium to dark tone stain. It has some brown undertones, while lending itself towards the grey family. It highlights that beautiful grain patterns and character throughout,  while minimizing the natural colour variation throughout the boards. It works well to bring in some warmth and cozy elements and also has the ability to look stunning in a modern environment.

Hickory is the hardest North American wood we offer.  Its durability and unique grain pattern make it a very popular specie of wood for us.  The grain pattern is right between maple and oak making it a perfect compromise for people who want the timeless charm of oak but prefer something not quite as busy.
