The "Naples" stain was created with the help of esteemed designer Lisa Lovetto of Lovetto Design in Naples, Florida. Her vision was to create a perfect floor finish that would fit into the myriad of unique coastal designs found in South Florida. The soft grey makes it a great choice for almost any home. It can tread the line of modern and rustic. If you're looking for a wide plank floor that has little maintenance, the Naples stain will be just that. It's light enough that scratches will blend in, or be touched up with a stain pen. It's low sheen and wire brushing make it a great hardwood flooring option for pets. 

Hickory is the hardest North American wood we offer.  Its durability and unique grain pattern make it a very popular specie of wood for us.  The grain pattern is right between maple and oak making it a perfect compromise for people who want the timeless charm of oak but prefer something not quite as busy.
