White Oak Blonde 1850
White Oak Blonde 1850 is the perfect mid-tone brown in our 1850 collection. This stain lends itself to the medium to dark tones and is a great choice for adding some rustic character to your space. This floor is a two pass finish, where we stain the boards black and then sand it off. The result gives an aged look with black hugging the bevels, knots, and grain throughout. The blonde 1850 was created for those who love a rich, warm floor with rustic elements throughout. This floor gives the appearance that it has "always been there" and gives instant charm to your space.
Live Sawn is a specialty cut of wood we do which enables us to provide our clients with a very wide and unique hardwood floor. It is sawn using the Old World European method and incorporates all aspects of the log's character. It is very rustic with large knots, and varying grain patterns including rift sawn and quarter sawn. A large majority of the grain is quarter sawn giving it incredible stability which is the reason we can offer it up to 10" wide. A 7" Live Sawn board will shrink and expand roughly as much as a 4" plain sawn board making this floor the perfect option for a cottage. For wide planks we recommend a nail and bead glue installation. The live sawn is a perfect floor for dogs.

Customer Reviews
We couldn't be happier with our new floor. My wife and I were always looking for a wide plank floor, but weren't sure on anything else. After seeing the white oak we knew we couldn't go wrong. Lewis helped explain the staining process and we were in love with the two toned look.
Thanks again!

Greg worked with us throughout the entire building process. We felt confident in our choice and it turned out beautifully. Additionally, the installer was super friendly and extremely particular. He did a great job! Thanks again :)
