Lombardy Oak was created in collaboration with design-build duo Zane and Emily Williams of Z Properties, a custom home builder based in Winter Park, FL. Their goal was to create a comfortable backdrop for their Clients with a large family. The clients wanted the modern white oak floors to have more hand feel, for the warm feeling under their toes. Lombardy is named after the stunning Z Properties' custom construction build on Via Lombardy in Winter Park, Florida

As soon as we saw this one, we instantly knew that this one was a keeper! It was like the long lost sister we had always been missing in our gallery. It's a great neutral, that doesn't lend itself towards the yellow or grey, while muting the natural golden undertones of the white oak. It keeps bring that natural, unfinished, barely there look to the white oak and we are loving it.
We've had the stain available at our Showroom for the last month, and our Clients have been loving it. We've trialed it on white oak - both the live sawn and quarter & rift sawn, red oak, and Ash and it looks stunning on all of these options.
