Gingerbread Wide Plank Flooring 

The gingerbread stain is a dark finish that brings with rich warm brown tones throughout. It shows off the grain and character in the livesawn white oak adding a slight rustic element to this dark tone. It depth works great to ground a space, and is very complimentary light decor and shades to add an element of contrast. 

Live Sawn is a specialty cut of wood we do which enables us to provide our clients with a very wide and unique hardwood floor. It is very rustic with large knots, and varying grain patterns including rift sawn and quarter sawn.  A large majority of the grain is quarter sawn giving it incredible stability which is the reason we can offer it up to 10" wide.  A 7" Live Sawn board will shrink and expand roughly as much as a 4" plain sawn board making this floor the perfect option for a cottage.  For wide planks we recommend a nail and bead glue installation. The live sawn is a perfect floor for dogs because of its rustic charm and Wire Brushed finish.

Wide Blank Russet Oak Flooring

They say the suit makes the Man!, But boy does the flooring make the kitchen. In 2014 my wife and I completed a main floor renovation with the focus on the kitchen. We had previously bought our upstairs flooring from Gaylord and knew we were in good hands with Kelsey. It was a huge mind change to go to a wide plank flooring and i am sure we went through a ton of samples. But Kelsey helped us through it all. We absolutely love our flooring and so does everyone who steps in the house. I was a little nervous as our children have large pets, but i can tell you first hand you won't see a mark. I believe you can't go wrong with this type of flooring. Thanks Kelsey
