Exotic Hardwood Flooring Grades
Gaylord has two grades of exotic hardwood flooring:
Santa Maria – Santa Maria is the ultimate in elegance. Each piece is clear and free of any imperfections. The lengths are 1-7 feet with an average length between 36 and 40 inches. Depending on the species, there is very limited colour variation.
Villa Nova – Villa Nova is beautiful flooring with a unique, rustic character. Between 60-70% of the pieces are free of imperfections but have more colour variation than Santa Maria. The flaws can consist of knots, worm holes, calcium deposits, sound cracks and minor milling issues. The lengths are 1-7 feet with an average length of 24 inches.
