Walnut

Walnut is an upscale wood used in hardwood flooring. It is very beautiful and the colour ranges from the snow white sapwood to the deep brown heartwood.
Walnut is a softer domestic species and prone to denting and scratches, but this is counteracted by the fact that it is a purely natural wood, so deep gouges do not show like they would with a dark coloured stain on a light wood.
